Check-in is from 1 PM and check-out is until 11 AM. In order for all our guests to check-in at given times we are quite strict as far as the check-out time is concerned.

Krakow Balice Airport

The easiest way to get to us from the airport is by taxi (the journey takes about 30 minutes). We will be happy to help you organise a private transfer straight to our door (more information in the “Services” section). You can also use public transport: the train (which will take you to Krakow Glowny station) or buses (depending on the line you choose, a change will be required). The public transport stops located closest to our apartments are:

From the railway station you can get to us by taxi (the journey takes about 15 minutes) or by public transport.

Crystal Suites chez Helena – tram 3 from Dworzec Główny Zachód stop to Miodowa stop or trams 17, 19 from Dworzec Główny Tunel stop to Miodowa stop

If you decide to reach us on foot, the walk from the railway station should take about 30-40 minutes.

Małopolska Bus Station (MDA)

The bus station is located directly next to the Kraków Główny train station, so you can use the above suggested means of transport.

The Reception Front Desk is located in the same building as your Apartments, on the ground floor.

Crystal Suites Old Town – If you are travelling by car, please note that apartment building is located in paid parking zone. You can park your car on the sidewalk by our Apartments. Parking on the sidewalk is payable to parking meter from Monday to Saturday between 10 AM and 8 PM (6,00 PLN per hour). There is no fee on Sundays and holidays. You can also leave your car at nearby guarded parking at Czarnowiejska 17 or Karmelicka 21.

Crystal Suites chez Helena – If you are travelling by car, please note that apartment building is located in limited traffic zone. This means that no cars other than ones belonging to residents, taxi corporations or public services can enter Szeroka street and park car there. Please find the map of the limited zone here. You can park on designated parking spots on the neighbouring streets outside of the limited zone. This is payable to parking meter from Monday to Saturday between 10 AM and 8 PM (6,00 PLN per hour). There is no fee on Sundays and holidays. There is also option of leaving car on nearby guarded parking at Dajwor 12 or Starowislna 79a.

We currently do not have a permanent reception in our facilities. Check-in takes place by handing over the keys at a pre-arranged time. Therefore, we ask you to always provide an approximate time of arrival and a contact number.

You can make a reservation for various tours by getting in touch with our employee. The standard language for all the tours is English. Should you need other languages, please contact us in advance. We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers and cash. If you pay in cash, the only accepted currency is Polish Zloty (PLN).

Apartments are cleaned once a week in case of bookings for minimum 7 days. Should you require service more frequently, please contact reception in order to make the necessary arrangements. Please note that a fee will be applicable. Bed linen, towels and toiletries are provided for your convenience. Should you need extra linen and/or towels please contact our reception team – preferably before noon, so our housekeeping staff is on site. Please note that a fee will be applicable. If you run out of any cleaning product, coffee or tea bags, let us know and we will replenish them during your stay.

Yes, all of the apartments come with a washing machine and drying rack. We supply washing powder as well.

Crystal Suites Old Town – Apart from microwave, fridge freezer and electric hobs, we also provide plates, glasses, cutlery, frying pans, pots, a can, wine and bottle opener for your convenience. In addition, free tea and coffee, salt and sugar are provided as well. Some apartments also come with dishwasher.

Crystal Suites chez Helena – Apart from microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and electric hobs, we also provide plates, glasses, cutlery, frying pans, pots, a can, wine and bottle opener for your convenience. In addition, free tea and coffee, salt and sugar are provided as well.

There is a hairdryer in each apartment (in bathroom) in both locations.

The possibility of storing luggage must be arranged individually during your stay, at the latest one day before you plan to check out.

Children are more than welcome at our apartments. However, there is a limited amount of baby cots available so please contact us to reserve one or more. Children (up to and including 4 years of age) stay with us for free if they sleep in existing bed(s) with parents. There is a limit of 1-2 children per room (depending on the room type) for free accommodation.

Pets are not allowed to enter the apartments. This is due to keep our apartments free of allergens and ensuring comfortable stay for all of our guests.

Crystal Suites Old Town – There’s no air-condition in the apartments (with exception of one – Loft). We can provide fans to help guests keep cool.
