What is the check in and check out time?
For all our apartments check-in is from 1 p.m. and check-out is until 11 a.m.
 
In order for all our guests to check in at 1 p.m. we are quite strict as far as the check out time is concerned.
How far is the reception office from my apartment?
CRYSTAL SUITES OLD TOWN
The reception desk is located in the building of Crystal Suites on the ground floor.
 
CRYSTAL SUITES SOUTH BANK (PODGÓRZE)
Our reception desk is located at Crystal Suites Old Town at 6 Kochanowskiego Street on the ground floor. In order to get there you can either call a TAXI (around PLN 18) or take a tram. There are two tram stops nearby, one is KORONA and the other one is PLAC BOHATEROW GETTA. From KORONA tram stop you have to take the tram number 8, and from PLAC BOHATEROW GETTA you can take either 13 or 24. You get off at BATOREGO, and now you are only few steps away from Crystal Suites. You need to turn left and take Piotra Michalowskiego Str. Crystal Suites Old Town apartments are located on the corner of Kochanowskiego and Michalowskiego streets. How do I book tours?
CRYSTAL SUITES OLD TOWN
You can make a reservation for various tours at the reception desk of our apartments. The standard language for all the tours is English. Should you need other languages, please contact us in advance. If you like to plan you stay carefully you can book all tours in advance. Please check the Extra Services for full offer.

CRYSTAL SUITES SOUTHBANK (PODGÓRZE)
All tours cam be booked at the reception desk. The standard language for all the tours is English. For other languages, please contact us in advance. You will be able to book them with our receptionist during check in or by email or phone.

If you like to plan you stay carefully you, can book all the tours in advance.

I’m travelling by  car, where can I park it?
CRYSTAL SUITES OLD TOWN
You can either park youvr car on the sidewalk by our Apartments or go to the nearby guarded parking. Parking on the sidewalk costs PLN 3/hour (fee payable to the parking meter, Mon-Fri 10 a.m.- 6 p.m.). Guarded parking would cost you around PLN 50 /24 hours.

You can park your car on the sidewalk by the Apartments and it is free.
I’m arriving at night/early morning. How do I get the key?
CRYSTAL SUITES OLD TOWN
There is always someone on duty. The reception opening hours are 9 a.m.-9 p.m. and at night (9 p.m.-9 a.m.) there is a concierge who will let you in to your apartment. It is always very convenient for us to know the approximate time of your arrival.

CRYSTAL SUITES SOUTHBANK (PODGÓRZE)
There is no reception desk at CRYSTAL SUITES SOUTHBANK (PODGÓRZE). For that reason we kindly ask you to indicate your approximate time of arrival. The phone number you need to contact  is +48 504 04 66 53. Please tell us what time we should expect your arrival and we will welcome you gladly.
What are the reception’s opening hours?
Reception is open from 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. every day.
For the rest of the day the concierge will be on site. We provide 24/7 assistance at + 48 504 04 66 53.
How can I pay for my stay?
We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers and cash. If you pay in cash, the only accepted currency  is Polish zloty.
Is food and drink available on site?
Since we do not have a restaurant on site for breakfast, our Guests often choose a cupcake and muffin café which located in our building (opening hours 8 a.m. - 7 p.m.). Rest assured that a number of fine restaurants and large food stores can be found in the surrounding area.
Will my apartment be serviced during my stay?
Apartments are serviced once a week. Should you require service more frequently, please contact reception in order to make the necessary arrangements. Please note that a fee will be applicable. Bed linen, towels and toiletries are provided for your convenience. Should you need extra linen and/or towels please contact our reception team - preferably before noon, so our housekeeping staff is on site. Please note that a fee will be applicable
Are laundry facilities available?
Most of our apartments have washing machines. Please note that you will need to use your own washing powder and conditioner as we do not provide them. If there is no washing machine in your apartment , you will be able to use the common washing machine. Please note that a fee will be applicable.

Driers are available at the reception desk.
Those of our guests who need dry cleaning service, can order dry cleaning and get their laundry delivered the next day.
Are the kitchens fully equipped?
Apart from your microwave/oven, fridge freezer and electric hob, we also provide plates, glasses, cutlery, frying pans, pots, a can, wine and bottle opener for your convenience. In addition, free tea and coffee, salt and sugar are provided as well.
Do I need to bring a hairdryer?
There is a hairdryer in each apartment
Can I store luggage after check out?
There is a storage room at Crystal Suites Old Town Apartments. We are sorry to inform you that we cannot offer luggage storage at Crystal Suites Southbank Podgórze but we most warmly invite you to leave your luggage at Crystal Suites Old Town.
Are extra beds available for children?
Children are more than welcome at our apartments. However, there is a limited amount of baby cots available so please contact us to reserve one or more. Children under 12 years of age stay with us for free if they use the existing bedding. For the availability of extra beds please contact our reception.
Do you have air conditioning in the rooms?
We do not have air-conditioning in the rooms, but can provide fans to help guests keep cool. Please ask for one at reception
Are pets allowed?
No pets are allowed except for service animals.
