a)AIRPORT TRANSFER:
The easiest, fastest and most comfortable way of getting to our Crystal Suites Old Town Apartments is to book an airport transfer with us.
You shall be collected from the arrivals gate at the airport and taken to the main entrance of our Apartments. Total cost of the transfer depends on the number of people and  starts from 80 PLN.
The transfer includes English speaking driver waiting for you with a signboard with your name at the arrival gate at the airport on it no matter if your plane is on time or late.
Air conditioned spacious mini bus of very high standard will take 30-40 minutes to reach us. To make a reservation we need some details such as: your flight number, approximate arrival time and arrival airport.

b)TRAIN:
Train could be considered as the fastest way to reach the center of Krakow since it takes only 18 minutes to get to the city center.
However, it will take a bit more time to reach the Crystal Suites Apartments this way because of a strict timetable and fact that that the Main Train Station is located 15 min on foot from our Apartments you will need to take a tram (see description below) or a taxi (upper car park above train platforms).
The train station is located 200 meters from the T1 international terminal. To travel between the terminals and the station, we advise you to use the free Shuttle Bus service if you have a lot of luggage or walk. Tickets can be purchased: on a train, from train attendant or  from automated cashier; in terminal T1 (from automated cashier located near central exit). Normal-fare ticket costs around 10 PLN (it’s cheaper to buy it in automated cashier). You shall need some change.
Train will take you to the Krakow Main Station. From there please walk to the tram stop DWORZEC GLOWNY you can take trams number 4, 14 or 20 (direction BRONOWICE). Get off the tram at BATOREGO stop. Go across the street and enter PIOTRA MICHALOWSKIEGO street. Follow the street and turn left at the crossing. The building on the corner is number 6 Kochanowskiego Street and Crystal Suites Apartments.

c)PUBLIC BUS:
It is the cheapest way to get to our apartments but also the longest one.
In order to find a bus stop at the KRAKÓW airport you will need to leave the building with one of the front entrances and turn right. The stop is around 30 meters from the entrance. At the stop you will find a ticket machine where you can buy  a normal-fare ticket. It costs 3 PLN but you would have to make sure that you have change. Buses number 208 and 292 will take you to a stop PLAC INWALIDOW. It is located 5-10 minutes from Crystal Suites Apartments. At the stop you will have to go right and then turn left into KARMELICKA street. Go straight ahead and turn the second street to the right PIOTRA MICHALOWSKIEGO street. Follow the street and turn left at the crossing. The building on the corner is number 6 Kochanowskiego Street and Crystal Suites Apartmentts.

The train station is located 200 meters from the T1 international terminal. Train will take you to the Krakow Main Station. Train usually stops on platform 1 (if not, you need to enter the tunnel). There is a direct way to get to the tram stop DWORZEC GLOWNY (TUNEL). In order to do so, you need to turn right as soon as you get out of the train and follow the platform until you will find an underground crossing with escalators. From there you will be guided by the signs. Just remember that you are looking for a tram stop for a trams that are going in KURDWANOW direction. There is a ticket machine with an English menu where you can buy all public transport (such as trams and buses) tickets. You need to validate them as soon as you get on a vehicle. From the stop you need to take 50 or 51 tram to the stop PLAC BOHATEROW GETTA. When you get off the tram you need to use underground crossing and go left (we do not recommend you to cross the street directly because: a – it is illegal here, and b - it is a bit dangerous because of the traffic).  As soon as you get out of the underground (there is an elevator) you need to go straight (following Na Zjezdzie Street) until you meet the first crossing and cross the street. After that turn right to follow Limanowskiego Street. Second cross-street will be Krakusa and you need to turn left to follow it. When you get to the end of Krakusa Street you will meet the green building on the right corner – it is Crystal Suites Southbank Apartments.

The stop is around 30 meters from the entrance. At the stop you will find a ticket machine where you can buy a normal-fare ticket. It costs 3 PLN but you would have to make sure that you have change. Buses number 208 and 292 will take you to a stop PLAC INWALIDOW. You will need to cross the street that is behind you when you get out of bus. Then you need to cross another one in order to get to the tram stop (it is in the middle) or ticket machine (it is on the other side). From the tram stop you can take trams number 8, 13 or 24. Tram 8 will take you to KORONA tram stop and 13 or 24 will take you to PLAC BOHATEROW GETTA stop.
If you get off at KORONA you need to turn left and at the crossing again left and follow Kalwaryjska Street,Rynek Podgórski which later turns into Limanowskiego. Second cross-street with Limanowskiego will be Krakusa and you need to turn right and follow it (cross Limanowskiego). When you get to the end of Krakusa Street you will meet the green building on the right corner – it is Crystal Suites Southbank Apartments.
If you get off at PLAC BOHATEROW GETTA you need to use underground crossing and go left (we do not recommend you to cross the street directly because: a – it is illegal here, and b - it is a bit dangerous because of the traffic).  As soon as you get out of the underground (there is an elevator) you need to go straight (following Na Zjezdzie Street) until you meet the first crossing and cross the street. After that turn right to follow Limanowskiego Street. Second cross-street will be Krakusa and you need to turn left to follow it. When you get to the end of Krakusa Street you will meet the green building on the right corner – it is Crystal Suites Southbank Apartments.

From the stop you need to take 50 or 51 tram to the stop PLAC BOHATEROW GETTA.
