Thank you for choosing to stay with us at Crystal Suites – Luxury Apartments. Below is the apartments’ terms and conditions, please read them carefully and acknowledge your acceptance.

Bookings:

All bookings must be paid in full by a valid credit card or cash at the time of Check Inn.
The only accepted currency is Polish Zloty.
Upon Check In photo ID will be required to be photocopied.

Check In and Check Out Times:

Check In from 1.00pm Check Out prior to 11.00am Early arrivals may be requested however are not guaranteed.
Should you require an early Check In please contact the hotel directly.
For a late Check Out, please contact reception on the day before the departure.
The luggage storage is provided and after your Check Out you can leave your luggage with us.

Breakfast:

Breakfast is available from 8 a.m. – 11:59 a.m.
The breakfast is provided in the café on the corner of our building
If you have not booked the breakfast at the time of your booking you can book it with the reception. The price is 20 pln per person
The breakfast is not typical. It includes a muffin or cupcake and a drink which is a coffee of your choice, tea, juice or water. Delicious!

It can either be consumed in the café or taken to your apartment

Service:

As we are self catering apartments the everyday service is not provided.
However, if you stay with us for 7 days and more your apartment will be cleaned once a week during your stay on Monday, Wednesday or Friday. The cleaning includes bed linen and towel change, bathroom cleaning and basic cleaning of the whole apartment.

Non Smoking Venue:

Crystal Suites – Luxury Apartments is a Non Smoking venue, and we ask that you refrain from smoking in your room and common spaces. Evidence of smoking in rooms will incur a 200 pln cleaning fee on your account. Please help us keep the hotel a smoke free environment.

Reception:

During the season our Reception is opened from 9 am to 9pm every day.

Please feel free to use our knowledge about the town we are here to make your experience of Kraków memorable and enjoyable

Our reception will help you to:

• Prolog your stay
• Book tours to Auschwitz, Salt Mine, communism tours and many others
• Recommend good bars, pubs, cafes and restaurants
• Plan nice walks around the town
• Recommend places worth visiting ‘off the tourist track’
• Book transfers
• Use the computer and printer to do the online check inn and check timetables
• And many other things that you would like to see, have or book

The concierges are present from 9 p.m. to 9 a.m. As they do not speak English please say GOSIA and they will contact the receptionist on a night duty if you have got a question, a problem or an enquiry.

Damages:

If anything is broken or damaged in an apartment please let us know asap.
Crystal Suites reserves the right to charge you or your card for both reported and the non reported damages being caused by your negligence or actions .

To book you need to choose an apartment in Apartments and check the type written right under its name (for example Lapis Apartment is a Deluxe Double) and find this type of this apartment in the reservation system if it is not available for the given dates it is not going to be visible.
In order to book you will need a valid credit card to confirm your reservation. No money will be taken from your account if you follow.

To confirm your booking

The Crystal Suites offer will be sent to you. Please check the booking details and confirm your reservation. Advance payment is required within 3 days after receiving your confirmation of Crystal suites Offer.
We accept major credit card payments (by a faxed or emailed authorization letter), e-transfers or online credit card payments. A special and personal link will be generated for you to choose a method of payment
Benefits of transfer payments:
- fast – the transfer is effected instantly, at the bank’s booking hours,
- cheap – transfers as free of charge payment channel,
- secure – transactions are fully secured.
Payments in Euro, USD, GBP are not exchanged into PLN currency which means that buying a product for GBP 100 your credit card will be charged with the same amount, USD 100.

Thanks to electronic Dotpay payments foreign payments can be accepted with such cards: Visa, VisaElectron, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit, Diners, Carte Bleue, CartaSi and Dankort.

Cancellation Policy for email reservations

The standard booking cancellation policy is:
Cancellation of booking more then 10 days before arrival date
Free of charge, your advance payment will be returned to your bank account at the current bank exchange rate, minus 100 pln the operational cost.
Cancellation of booking less then 10 days before arrival date
You shall be charged the equivalent of the first night , rest of your advance payment will be returned to your bank account at the current bank exchange rate, minus bank transfer cost and the equivalent of 150 pln the operational cost
No – show or cancelation on the day of arrival
You shall be charged the equivalent of the first night, rest of your advance payment will be returned to your bank account at the current bank exchange rate, minus bank transfer cost and the equivalent of 150 pln the operational cost

Exceptions to the cancellation policy
Full refund will be given irrespective of the time of the cancellation in the case of serious illness, serious family problems, cancellation of flight, serious injury or the death of the client. Crystal Suites may ask for documents to confirm the cancellation reason.
Alternative Accommodation in Krakow
Should the original property not be available for any reason or in case of technical problems of higher instance we reserve the right to change the apartment booked for another apartment in Kraków of equal or higher standard. If it is impossible and the guest will need to be accommodated in the apartments of lover standard the difference in price will be refunded.
Damage deposit
In the case of credit/debit card bookings, card details will be held a security for damage to the apartments
For other bookings, the damage deposit referred to on the details page of the apartment must be paid in cash 400pln or 100 Euro or 70 Pounds for the apartment or alternatively a credit card information can be provided at this stage.
The deposit will be returned in full on checkout assuming there is not damage to the apartment other than normal wear and tear.
Damage to the apartment accommodation
Loss of keys 100pln
Charges will be automatically deducted from your credit/debit card in the case of credit/debit card bookings and will be deducted from the damage deposit in the case of other payment methods.
Reservations
Your reservation will be held for 3 days for you to confirm your booking, by acknowledging payment. The reservation will be removed from our system after 3 days.
Personal Liability
K.P.H. sp z o. o. Krakow Apartments under no circumstances takes any liability to personal injuries or damages sustained by guests staying in its apartments. Guests confirm that they have personal insurance that will protect them against any injuries sustained while residing in any apartment.
