Ordering:
While you’re ordering please let us know if there are any products you do not like. Please inform us by e-mail booking@crystalsuites.info (Crystal Suites Old Town) or at bookinghelena@crystalsuites.info (Crystal Suites chez Helena) at least three days prior to your arrival if you would like to order a fruit basket. If your order is not standard one, the sooner we know the better.

Due to the nature of the service and the time it takes to make purchases, if you cancel your reservation less than 2 days prior to arrival, we require full payment for the service.
